How do we customise the outlook menu (context menu-not ribbon bar) Empty How do we customise the outlook menu (context menu-not ribbon bar)

We want to customise the context sensitive menu from within outlook 2010. (ie. the menu you see when you right mouse click an email or appointment)
I believe I can change the captions by changing the appropriate code lookups under CBCCAPTIONS,however there are some items we wish to remove from the menu completely. How is this accomplished?

AndrewYou should be able to download the instructions from our document library on the support website - look for 'Configuring the Matter Centre Ribbon Bar

This is not about the Ribbon, but about the context menus you get when, say in Outlook, you right click on a message\appointment and you get some MC related options like “Save” and “Save As”. We'd like to make this clear that these are MC, so rename them to something like “Save To Matter Centre” and “Save To Matter Centre As”.
Also, how would we remove MC specific items from these context menus?

Most of the buttons which appear on the right click are generated by using the OUTLOOKITEM command bar configuration that can be configured in the admin kit. This same command bar configuration was used on the message item inspector in Outlook 2003 andOutlook 2007 where ribbons did not exist. 2010 introduced the ribbon bar and therfore is not using the same command bar logic.
However the buttons that appear on the right click of a MatterCentre profiled folder are currently hard coded and cannot be changed / configured.
