Appointments Free/Busy Flag

Our appointments created via MatterCentre are being added into Outlook with the Free/Busy flag field set as 'Free'. Is it possible to change this behaviour so the value of this can be controlled within MatterCentre when adding an appointment?

You don't say how the appointments are being created, are they through the Outlook interface? Exchange Connector?
Outlook interface is basic Outlook functionality and setting the outlook defaults and free busy information would be setup accordingly. As to exchange connector again I believe this is setup as per the settings to the outlook users client. but couldn't confirm this but i don't believe we explicitly set this information.

They are being created in the MatterCentre interface and then being populated into Outlook via the Exchange Connector.Looking in the Exchange Sync settings we have spotted that a default can be set and have done so.
