Screen Design Empty Screen Design

I want to create a screen without any of the default “Cancel”, “OK”, etc. buttons. I understand that adding a data source will add the “Refresh”, etc. buttons and a form without a data source will display only the “Cancel” and “OK” buttons.
I do not want to display any buttons though.
