Tickford help

I have two questions about Tickford:
1. The timeout period when using Tickford appears to be set at 10 seconds. Can this be configured?
2. A maximum of 250 rows are returned when searching with Tickford. Can this be configured?

Another question to add. Is Tickford compatible with Search Server 2010? We're testing Tickford with Search Server 2008 which does not seem to support using boolean operators but I've been reading that 2010 does:

Technically the Interfaces have not changed and therefore it should work on Search Server 2010, I am not sure if this test scenario has been done in any anger, I will look into this for you.

Just wondering if you've been able to find out if we could use Tickford with SS2010?

We have installed and most things seem to be ok from an indexer perspective, the issue we have is then searching the index. We are evaluating this and will feedback asap.

Update we are still finding some issues with the search 2010 edition, we are scheduling some dev time to approach this with ms as we feel there is a regressed bug and we need to create a repro to bug this in an easy way for msft engineers to work with.
