Enquiry Form And Data List Cache Issue Empty Enquiry Form And Data List Cache Issue

Hi,
I have updated a datalist that is used on an enquiry form and deployed both objects from our dev environment to our prod environment using package and deploy Some users still have the previous version of the enquiry form cached on their pcs. (I can see the old datalist in the xml file of the enquiry form cached on their pcs). What triggers the new datalist to be loaded on the enquiry form?
